Schedule a chat. We’ll start with a friendly conversation (phone or Zoom, whatever works for you) to understand your situation and goals. One of our Insurance advisors will ask a few questions about your family, finances, and what you want the insurance to do (e.g., cover your mortgage, leave money for education, etc.). This helps us figure out how much coverage you actually need and what type fits best. Because we’re brokers, we then research quotes from multiple insurers to find the best options for you (considering price and coverage features).
- Step 2: Choose Your Plan & Apply
Review your options. Your Insurance advisor will present you with the top 1-3 insurance solutions that match your needs. They will explain the differences (cost, coverage highlights, any unique perks) so you can make an informed decision. Once you pick a plan you’re comfortable with, we handle the application paperwork together. Your insurance advisor will help you fill out the application form (it’s shorter than you might think) and coordinate any next steps like a medical questionnaire or arranging a quick paramedical exam, if required. Don’t worry – many applications don’t need an exam these days, and if they do, it’s usually just a quick nurse visit for blood pressure and blood sample, paid for by the insurer. We make this step as convenient as possible, guiding you through every field and form.
- Step 3: Approval & Policy Delivery
Get covered. We submit your application to the insurance company (often electronically). Then we keep you updated as it moves through underwriting. If the insurer has any follow-up questions, we liaise and help you answer them. Once approved, we’ll deliver your policy documents. Your Insurance advisor will walk you through the key details of your new policy so you fully understand it. And that’s it – you can rest easy knowing you’ve secured the best solution available on the market, tailored just for you.
Ongoing Support: Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. We’re here for you over the years to come. Need to update a beneficiary? Have questions about your coverage? Want to review if your coverage amount is still adequate? Just reach out – we provide ongoing customer support. And when the time comes (hopefully far in the future) that your family needs to file a claim, we’ll be there to assist and make sure it’s handled smoothly.
